1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on LegitSurveys, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid M-Pesa registered number to earn on LegitSurveys.

3. Survey Participation

Survey rewards are credited only after honest, complete submissions. Fraudulent or duplicate responses may result in account suspension.

4. Payments

Earnings are paid to your registered M-Pesa number once you reach the minimum withdrawal threshold of KSh 200.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
